Flamingo Hunt:
2004
Flamingo Hunt: 2004, is more than a game. It is both an endurance test
and a sprint; a mind game and test of physical and emotional strength.
It is capture the flag with a FLAMINGO lawn ornament. The game will begin
at midnight on October 15th. (Convieniently there will be a kick off party at 2424 Calhoun St. that evening.)
Some time before midnight, the flamingo will be left in the front yard of one of
the households participating in the game. The object of the game is to "re-claim" the flamingo for your household.
The game will end at midnight on November 15th. Cost is $5 per household,
and all that is required to play is an undying devotion to senseless distraction, and a pair of good running shoes.
At the end of the month, the last household still in will win the pot of money that
each house has contributed.
You don't need to be in a house to play. Got a
friend with a house? Convince them to play and be on their team. Switch sides. Be a player.
If you're in, you're in. If you're out you're out.
